Return and Refunds

Returns Policy

Products purchased from Luminasew.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided that the product is "Defective Out of the Box" and is returned in the original box with all original packing materials including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, and all accessories enclosed in that carton and packing slip properly packed. It needs to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Lumina reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if any of the original materials are missing.

Return Process

Step 1: Please fill the following form below to complete your return request.

Step 2: In the next 2 business days you will receive an email from our support team confirming your return authorization. If it is necessary, we will ask you to provide us photos showing that the product is in good contidions. You will also receive another email containing a FEDEX shipping label. Please be sure to check spam and junk folders. This return label will expire in 7 days.

Step 3: Print the label, adhere it to the package, and drop it off at a FEDEX drop-off location. Return authorization is only valid within the 30 day return window.

Step 4: From the time we received your return, it may take a few weeks to process your return. Your refund will be processed to the form of payment used for the original purchase and excludes any original shipping charges. Gift Box fees are not refundable.
Once your return is processed, your refund will typically process back to your credit card within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds will typically process within 7 business days but can take up to 30 business days.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, process your return and for the time it may take your bank to process our refund request.

NOTE:
Lumina is NOT responsible for lost merchandise. You will be asked to provide Proof of Delivery should the shipment not be received by Lumina. Lumina has the right to change this policy at any time.

Damages

Before a customer accepts delivery, the product should be inspected for defects or damage. If any exist, the customer should refuse to take the product(s) into their possession. Once delivery is accepted, the product may be returned if the defects and/or damage are identified and reported by email to customerservice@luminasew.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately for resolution if the item is defective, damaged, incomplete or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If these conditions are not met, Lumina assumes that the product arrived in perfect condition, and Lumina cannot accept returns for product damage reported after 48 hours of receiving the machine.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items must be returned with all components for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased from Luminasew.com and must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Lumina reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if any of the original materials are missing. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and must be postmarked within the 30 day return period.
